Agreement

By purchasing, downloading the demo, or joining the Lux Alpha Program, you certify that the following statements are true:

• You certify that, whether voluntarily, through employment or through contract, you have not contributed, and are not contributing, to the development, testing or operation of a programming language debugger.
• You will take reasonable measures to protect and safeguard the confidentiality of Lunar Workshop’s software and other confidential information, will not use the confidential information for any other purpose than to debug the software, and will not disclose the confidential information to any other person except to Lunar Workshop employees or officers.
• Any information, in any format, provided by you to Lunar Workshop, either through Slack or some other mode of communication, shall be the sole and exclusive property of Lunar Workshop, in exchange for the good and valuable consideration received by Lunar Workshop.
• You understand that any breach of confidentiality, or falsification of any of the information above, would give rise to irreparable harm to Lunar Workshop, for which monetary damages may not be an adequate remedy.
